Exploration (wilderness & self)
1 Why Positivibee?: I'm choosing to bring positivity in my life, through color vibrancy and nature photography. Bees bc of my last initial and a reminder to appreciate, preserve, and sustain the world and wildlife. Also to know what kind of photography I focus on.
2 Why Alex Bee?:
I want to discourage gender bias from determining whether or not someone connects with my photography.
-Connecting with the world (Bee) for mental health and to my abbreviated name (Alex)
-no judging based on gender stereotypes
Assumptions about people who don't belong in certain spaces. Kind souls are welcome here.
To work and play since I've been stagnant too long while my body craves peacefulness.

Aiming to believe in myself, sustain a comfortable life, find out more about my identity, and discover my art style. /stay afloat through my passion of art by having fun & discovering myself.
-Gender identity have become a constant question in my life the past 6 years & I chose Alex Bee as an abbreviated version of my name in order to not give away any initial indication of who is presenting the art/photos you see in order to not precede a bias. I want others to see my art through a genderless lens, giving way for an open perspective.
-Supporting a more eco-conscious world. Every print is made to order, printed specifically for you. Everything ships within the first 7 days after placing an order.

Just like NatGeo (nonprofit): "National Geographic Society funds the best and brightest individuals dedicated to scientific discovery, exploration, education and storytelling to illuminate and protect the wonder of our world. National Geographic Explorers are continuing to push the boundaries of knowledge, uncovering new insights about the natural and cultural worlds, and strengthening our connection to them and one another." and "We support an international community of changemakers" -nationalgeographic.com

Part of a sad generation with happy pictures

A message from the artist: "Having a perspective of ambiguous photography when it comes to gender is very important to me. I am open to how expressive and different gender expressions can translate into photography. Colorfully saturated photos are my favorite to make but hardest to put into words. I always try to see the goodness in the world, which is difficult in today's society. By creating Positivibee Photography, I will expand my worldly connections and knowledge with diverse photography opportunities. I am currently setting up my website. If you have any questions or comments, please send them to my email."
